Summary
At the end of this Master, students will be trained to perform activities related to sport, from diets preparation, organization of training sessions with new sports tendencies and fitness, intervention as a coach for the preparation of athletes, thus promoting their integral preparation in a healthy way. An essential characteristic of the course is the specialized training in the technique and tactic of each sports modality in order to know the execution of all movements in practice. The Master in Personal Training provides the student with specific, theoretical and practical training, to obtain specialization in individualized and group personal training using as a tool the new sports modalities of the fitness and coaching, current trends in growth for their benefits and their great performance in those who practice it.

This master is aimed at equivalent university degrees or graduates in the branch of sports, health and nutritional sciences, interested in directing their professional career towards the development of one of the current professions most demanded by the great growth of the cult of the body and health through personal trainers.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
