Master Quality in Online Education: Master in quality and improvement of education + university degree (5 ECTS credits)

The Master in quality and improvement of education offers specialized training in the evaluation of educational centers and teachers, in this we will find the different models, procedures and tools to carry out these evaluations. With these models and evaluation procedures it is intended to improve the quality of the education system of the center as a whole. You will also learn to use educational apps for effective communication with teachers, parents and students and the new educational methodologies to be able to raise school performance and improve the educational quality of the center.

- Describe the concept of educational innovation and understand its importance in learning. - Know the innovative themes in the educational field, to understand their great interest and treatment in teaching. - Study that teaching-learning methodology is understood, deepening its characteristics and employment. - Describe the different innovative methodologies that are currently being used to meet educational needs. - Know the concept of organization and apply it to the school organization of educational centers. - Know what organizational theories can be found in educational centers, perspectives or paradigms in organization. - Apply in the educational center the structure of the education system established by current legislation. - Develop an educational project taking into account the characteristics of the educational center and the context in which it is wrapped. - Deepen the elements that are part of the school organization such as management, teachers, students, space and school time. - Know what the educational inspection consists of and how the evaluation of schools is carried out. - Acquire the necessary knowledge to carry out an evaluation in an educational center. - Know the evaluation of the educational centers today. - Learn the differences between internal and external evaluation. - Perform an institutional self -assessment. - Indicate the role played by agents participating in the communicative process in educational centers. - Analyze the opportunities offered by educational apps. - Indicate the advantages derived from the use of apps in the communicative process.

The present Master in quality and improvement of education is aimed at those professionals in the educational field who want to obtain professional training on the evaluation of teachers and educational centers to manage and improve the quality of education.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
