In the field of the world of commerce and marketing it is necessary to know the different fields of real estate management, within the professional area of sale. Thus, with this Master in Real Estate Commercial Operations, it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the financing of real estate operations.

Goals

- Estimate the financial viability of real estate operations, depending on the economic capacity and indebtedness of the clients - demanding, different financial offers and the usual financing formulas in the real estate sector. - Discriminate the documentation - Determine the characteristics of the real estate appropriate to the needs detected of different types of clients. - Apply techniques for the sale and refutation of objections in operations-commercialization of products and/or real estate intermediation services. - Interpret the public registration and//private information of different properties, determining their ownership and the existence of charges, taxes and conditions. - Assess the legal viability of a real estate operation according to current regulations and uses of the sector. Organize the necessary human and technical resources to favor the optimal development of the sales plan. - Lead the commercial team facilitating its involvement and motivation to favor the fulfillment of the objectives of the sales plan, values and corporate identity. - Establish monitoring and control systems of the objectives set in the commercial action plan to adopt possible corrective measures, applying adequate criteria with the information you want to obtain. -Apply techniques to promote different real estate portfolios -Elan documents and/or simple promotional elements of real estate, in different supports/media, adapted to the main real estate promotion actions -Prepare the plan to promote a set of real estate preparing the documents and/or promotional elements of the same
