Summary

The main objective of this MBA Master in the direction and management of school canteens is to train the student for the exercise of the following functions: Knowledge of child and youth development, design, execution and evaluation of educational activities, acquisition and application of technical resources, teamwork, and in general, everything necessary to carry out the educational intervention of the School Dining Monitor. You will also know the business management techniques in this sector.

Goals

- Develop the necessary skills to address the strategic direction of SMEs. - Know the elements that make up a company plan and the dynamics of its design and development .. - Offer the basis for carrying out the administrative processes of the company, specifically: payrolls and social insurance, accounting and billing, tax obligations. - Develop the skills and skills necessary to perform an analysis of the company's situation from a critical sense. - Know the school dining room in its entire educational field as well as its operation. - Knowing the profile that the School Eaters monitor has to perform professionally. - Know the different nutritional needs in the school stage, such as the importance of a good education for health improvement. - Know that it is a balanced diet and to explain to the children of the dining room the advantages of following it. - Get good habits in food security. - Know the APPCC system and its phases.
