MBA + Specialty - Human Resources + 60 ECTS credits

The MBA - Master in Business Management and Administration and Specialty in Human Resources is designed so that the student on the one hand study, know and work in depth all the subjects that entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs, managers or professionals with responsibility positions must handle at a professional level. A first central block where our professors cloister concentrates their efforts on giving our students theoretical knowledge, but above all practical, in effective and efficient management in any of the units of a business organization. In CEUPE, and on the demand of our own students, we wanted to go one step further and develop within the MBA program a differentiating block as part of specialization in which to delve into subjects focused on the field of human resources. A specialization focused on personnel management and management and human resources of the company of the 21st century.

- Learn all functional areas related to the management of business organizations: marketing, sales, business, strategic management, innovation, finance, human resources, production and processes. - The practical knowledge and experience of the skills necessary to successfully lead an organization: communication, motivation, equipment management, meetings management, conflict resolution and negotiation, time management, change management - Master the strategies and tools of management and management of human resources in areas such as personnel policies, collection and training of talent and knowledge or selection of highly effective profiles.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
