Summary
Since the transposition of the Directive (EU) 2019/1023, of June 20, second chance mechanism to our legal system through Law 16/2022, of September 5, of reform of the consolidated text of the bankruptcy law it has been necessary to update the knowledge related to the second chance mechanism and with this objective the training program of the course in Commercial Law has been designed: Law of Second Opportunity. This course will provide you with the specific knowledge referring to the second chance mechanism from a theoretical-practical perspective. You will know the correct use of this tool and, with it, the security of economic and legal traffic.

With this course in Commercial Law: Law of Second Opportunity you will acquire updated knowledge to apply the legal mechanisms of second chance both in small and medium enterprises, and in entrepreneurs. You will know practically the solutions and procedures that will allow access to the benefit of the second chance, to forgiveness of a good part of the debts to those who cannot face their economic obligations.

This course in commercial law: Law of Second Opportunity is mainly aimed at Law professionals, although it can also be of interest to entrepreneurs, administrators, Senior Business Management personnel and advisors. In addition, they are aimed at students want to develop their professional career in this area.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
