MF0094_2 course for abrasion machining: MF0094_2 Mechanized by abrasion, electroerosion and special procedures

In the field of mechanical manufacturing, it is necessary to know the different fields of machining by abrasion, electroerosion and special procedures, within the professional area mechanical operations. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to mechanize products for abrasion, electroerosion and special procedures.

- Analyze the technical documentation provided, for the correct mechanization of the product, according to the established quality criteria. - Assemble the piece to mechanize in the most appropriate user by regulating mooring pressures depending on the type of material and shape. - Mount, balance and revive abrasive tools according to the established security processes. - Mount, balance and revive abrasive tools according to the established security processes. - Manage tools to mechanize through electroerosion and special procedures. - Identify the applications of the different special mechanization procedures. - Obtain in the mechanized piece the characteristics (geometric and dimensional) established in the work sheet. - Establish machine maintenance, determining the general rules of use, based on the preventive maintenance report. - Check that the technological variables of the program correspond to the manufacturing order of a machining process by abrasion, electroerosion and special procedures. - Mechanize and optimize the CNC program by mechanized first parts (in those processes that are possible) checking the specifications of the piece of the piece and correcting, where appropriate, the errors detected. - Compare the result obtained, with the plane of the piece to be mechanized, modifying the possible causes. - Control the march of machining in automatic processes, checking the proper functioning of the elements involved in production as well as compliance with delivery times and deadlines. - Write reports and production records with the results of the checks made in the real work environment. - Identify that the first matter brings together the physical and dimensional conditions required in the technical documentation of the piece, flat and process sheet. - Identify the measuring and comparison instruments described in the process sheet, for each of the machining operations. - Use the different verification devices, following the correct techniques of use, that guarantee the reliability of the data collection. - Establish procedures to control and maintain measurement processes under statistical control, including operator equipment, procedures and skills. - Analyze prevention and safety measures regarding the actions of manipulation of facilities and equipment, contained in the security plans of the companies in the sector. - Apply the security plan analyzing the measures of prevention, security and environmental protection of the company. - Analyze the preventive measures that must be adopted for the prevention of risks and application of environmental standards in the execution of operations in the machines used in the machining by abrasion, electroerosion and special procedures.

It exercises its activity in functions of preparation of machines or systems for machining by abrasion, electroerosion and related procedures (cylindrical rectifier, flat rectifier, electroerosion by penetration, electroerosion by thread and related, etc.), as well as the execution of the machining in conventional or CNC machines.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF0094_2 Training Module Mechanized by abrasion, electroerosion and special procedures, certifying having overcome the different competence units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which it will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective Calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of mechanical manufacturing, specifically in mechanized by abrasion, electroerosion and special procedures, within the professional area mechanical operations, and to all those people interested in acquiring knowledge related to the machining by abrasion, electroerosion and special procedures.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
