MF0285-2 course reproduction and incubation of aquaculture species

In the maritime fishing field, it is necessary to know the different fields of production in aquaculture hatchery, within the professional area aquaculture. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to reproduce and incubate aquaculture species.

- Verify that the facilities are prepared to develop the acclimatization and conditioning of players, induction to the commissioning and incubation in accordance with the protocols of the company. - Develop the work program in accordance with the production plan by adjusting to the regulations for the prevention of occupational hazards and environmental protection, and managing production data so that its subsequent analysis is facilitated. - Supervise and/or carry out the activities to obtain, acclimatize and condition the players in order to obtain positions according to the production plan. - Perform and/or supervise the obtaining and selection of gametes and embryonic eggs or larvae to achieve viable individuals adjusting to the production plan. - Control the incubation of the positions to obtain embryonic eggs and/or viable larvae, and condition them for transfer and planting or for commercialization, following the established protocols. - Detect the existence of indicators of pathological problems in reproduction and incubation and supervise and/or carry out the necessary prevention and control measures according to the defined protocols, prior communication to their superiors.

He develops his professional activity as a worker on behalf of others, in the areas of reproduction, larvary culture and culture of post-lands, seeds or fry, in small, medium and large companies, whether of a public or private nature, research centers and seafood brotherhoods.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF0285_2 reproduction and incubation of aquaculture species, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls They are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the maritime fishing world specifically in production in aquaculture farm, within the professional area Aquacoculutura and to all those interested in acquiring related knowledge to reproduce and incubate aquaculture species.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
