MF0286-2 course Larvary culture of aquaculture species

In the maritime fishing field, it is necessary to know the different fields of production in aquaculture hatchery, within the professional area aquaculture. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to cultivate larvae.

- Check that facilities, control, equipment and material systems are prepared for larvae cultivation activities in accordance with the provisions of the production plan. - Develop the Larvario culture work program in accordance with the production plan and carry out the management of production data so that its subsequent analysis is facilitated. - Supervise and/or make the transfer and sowing of larvae to the cultivation tanks following the established guidelines. - Control and carry out the daily monitoring of the Larvario culture tank according to established protocols and changes in previously programmed stabulation conditions. - Detect the existence of indicators of pathological problems in the larvae cultivation process, and supervise and/or carry out the necessary prevention and control measures according to the defined protocols, prior communication to their superiors. - Program and perform and/or supervise the selection, classification and conditioning of the final product (larvae) for commercialization or transfer according to the company's protocols.

He develops his professional activity as a worker on behalf of others, in the areas of reproduction, larvary culture and culture of post-lands, seeds or fry, in small, medium and large companies, whether of a public or private nature, research centers and seafood brotherhoods.

This formation adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF0286_2 larvary culture of aquaculture species, certifying having exceeded the different competition units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and of the non -formal training, via which will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls They are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the maritime fishing world specifically in production in aquaculture farm, within the professional area Aquacoculutura and all those interested in acquiring related knowledge to cultivate larvae.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
