Summary

In the field of food industries it is necessary to know the different fields of the pastry and confectionery, within the professional area of bakery, pastry, confectionery and thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the packaging and presentation of pastry and confectionery products.

Goals

- Characterize the packaging, materials and machinery necessary for the packaging, labeling/labeling and packaging processes of confectionery products, relating its characteristics to their use conditions. - Present the products made of exhibitors and/or showcases, describing and applying the showcase techniques.

It develops its activity in the food industry of small, medium or large size, both those that are dedicated to the direct manufacture of food transformed, such as services and auxiliary products for the sector.
