Summary

Currently, market competition is considered as the main factor when carrying out a fish market business. The new creations make it essential to carry out specific operations of reception, storage, vending, preparation and preparation of fish, shellfish and products derived from fishing and aquaculture according to the current technical health regulations and the environmental management systems, quality, quality and occupational health and health management systems, and handling the corresponding machinery and equipment.
