MF0371-3 Biochemical analysis in human biological samples

In the field of health, it is necessary to know the different fields of the clinical analysis laboratory, within its corresponding professional area. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for biochemical analysis in human biological samples.

- Analyze the techniques used in the biochemistry laboratory to separate, detect and quantify constituents of human biological samples. - Describe the usual materials, instruments and equipment of the biochemistry laboratory. - Analyze the qualitative and quantitative methods of analytes in solution in human biological samples. - Perform biochemistry techniques based on electromagnetic radiation detection methods, in the detection of electrical potentials and others, using equipment and reagents depending on the parameter to be determined. - Perform in the biochemistry laboratory, molecules separation techniques, using equipment and reagents depending on the parameter to be determined. - Perform the methods of determination of metabolism analytes of the immediate principles and other metabolic components. - Perform in the biochemistry laboratory, the qualitative and quantitative analysis of urine samples, as well as the study of the sediment. - Analyze the methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis of other human biological samples. - Analyze the automation process and large automatic systems. - Analyze immunological application techniques in the biochemistry laboratory, for the determination of: tumor markers, hormones, drugs, abuse drugs and others.

It develops its professional activity in the health sector, in organizations and institutions of the public sphere and in private companies, in the area of the clinical analysis laboratory, in diagnosis, treatment, management, and research.

This formation adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF0371_3 Biochemical analysis in human biological samples, certifying having exceeded the different units of competition included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and of the non -formal training, via which it will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that they publish the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals in the world of health, specifically in the clinical analysis laboratory, within the corresponding professional area, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to biochemical analysis in human biological samples.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
