MF0558-3 Course Management of Quality and Environment in Food Industry

Within the world of food industries, it is necessary to know the different fields of fishing and aquaculture products industries, within the professional area of fishing products thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for quality and environmental management in food industry.

- Know the company's quality plan and its relationship with its quality policy. - Analyze the company's environmental management plan, according to the established environmental management system. - Characterize and apply the control procedures of operations where there are potential hazards of food pollution, as well as hazard analysis systems and critical control points (APPCC). - Analyze the legal requirements and quality regulations that a certain product must meet to guarantee consumer safety.

Develop your activity in derivative and elaborate industries of fishing and aquaculture, small, medium and large companies, as well as in factoring ships and markets. It is integrated into a work team with other people of their same or lower level of qualification, where he performs supervision and control tasks of the operators of their production unit. It is an intermediate command that organizes and directs the work of a group of people in charge and that depends on a technical manager at the higher level of who receives instructions and to which he informs.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF0558_3 Training Module Quality and Environment in Food Industry, certifying having overcome the different competence units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and of the non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls They are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals from the world of food industries, more specifically those linked to the fishing and aquaculture products industry, within the professional area of fishing products, and all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to quality and environmental management in food industry.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
