MF0757-2 COURSE RAW MATERIALS AND STORAGE OF REFRIES AND WATERS

In the field of food industry, it is necessary to know the different fields of the elaboration of refreshments and packed drink waters, within the professional area of beverage. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for raw materials and soft drinks and waters.

- Differentiate the conditions of arrival of the raw and auxiliary materials in the production of soft drinks and waters packaged. - Analyze storage procedures, selecting times, media and itineraries, taking into account merchandise manipulation techniques. - Identify the requirements and carry out first level preparation and maintenance operations of the reception and delivery equipment to production in the soft drink and drink water industry. - Analyze the risks and consequences on the environment derived from the segregation and elimination of the waste generated in the delivery of raw materials and materials to the means of production of the soda and drinking waters industries. - Organize the finished product stock for its correct expedition taking into account the output volumes and their corresponding rotation in the soft drink and drink water industry. - Develop the procedure to carry out stocks and make inventories in the soft drink warehouse or in packaging waters.

It develops its activity in the refreshing drinks industry and beverage waters. It is generally medium -sized or large bottling companies. This professional is integrated, as a technical or controller responsible for a phase or stage of the production process, in a work team with other people of their same or lower category, depending on an intermediate command. Mainly develop its activity in functional areas of warehouse for reception of raw materials and auxiliaries, in finished product warehouse, as well as in the syrup rooms, water and sugar treatment rooms, production lines, packaging and packaging.

This formation adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF0757_2 raw materials and soft drinks and waters, certifying having overcome the different competition units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective Calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals in the world of the food industry, more specifically those linked to the elaboration of soft drinks and waterwater, within the professional area drinks, and to all those people interested in acquiring knowledge related to raw materials and storage of sodas and waters.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
