Summary

At present, real estate commercial management within the professional area of sale, need personnel with the appropriate capabilities to successfully carry out the real estate collection and prospecting, deepening aspects such as the techniques of real estate collection and intermediation and the assessment of real estate and rentals.

Goals

- Prospect the real estate market, applying prospecting and search techniques established by the organization, to obtain information from the real estate portfolio. - Contact the owners of the prospected properties, applying the established protocol and argumentary, to arrange the visit to the property. - Conduct the interview with the owner, or authorized representative, applying collection techniques according to the conditions established by the organization, to obtain the commission of intermediation and information of the prospected property. - Obtain the mediation commission by applying negotiation techniques, in the limit of its responsibility and according to the criteria of the organization, respecting the regulations and deontological code of the sector. - Ensure the quality of the intermediation commission by adjusting, where appropriate, the conditions of the same to increase the probability of success of the operation or reuptake of the property.

It develops its professional activity, on its own or foreign account, in direct contact with the client or through information and communication technologies, in real estate agencies and construction companies and real estate promoters of the public and private sphere.
