MF0810-3 course and real estate prospecting

At present, real estate commercial management within the professional area of sale, need personnel with the appropriate capabilities to successfully carry out the real estate collection and prospecting, deepening aspects such as the techniques of real estate collection and intermediation and the assessment of real estate and rentals.

- Prospect the real estate market, applying prospecting and search techniques established by the organization, to obtain information from the real estate portfolio. - Contact the owners of the prospected properties, applying the established protocol and argumentary, to arrange the visit to the property. - Conduct the interview with the owner, or authorized representative, applying collection techniques according to the conditions established by the organization, to obtain the commission of intermediation and information of the prospected property. - Obtain the mediation commission by applying negotiation techniques, in the limit of its responsibility and according to the criteria of the organization, respecting the regulations and deontological code of the sector. - Ensure the quality of the intermediation commission by adjusting, where appropriate, the conditions of the same to increase the probability of success of the operation or reuptake of the property.

It develops its professional activity, on its own or foreign account, in direct contact with the client or through information and communication technologies, in real estate agencies and construction companies and real estate promoters of the public and private sphere.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF0810_3 Training Module Publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at all those who work in the sale sector within the professional area of commerce and marketing and wish to acquire competences within the field of real estate management. It is also aimed at people who wish to deepen about real estate collection and intermediation techniques and the assessment of real estate and rentals.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
