MF0972-1 COURSE Cleaning, treatment and maintenance of soils, walls and ceilings in buildings and premises

At present, in the world of sociocultural services and the community and within the professional area of consumer services, more specifically in cleaning surfaces and furniture in buildings and premises, it is very important to know the different processes. Therefore, with this course it is about providing the necessary knowledge to know the cleaning, treatment and maintenance of soils, walls and ceilings in buildings and premises.

- Select the cleaning tasks linked to the different types of intervention after the observation of the work center, to adapt them to the characteristics of the environment and contemplating the risks derived from the action. - Detect possible actions according to the surfaces to be treated, selecting tools and procedures to achieve cleaning and disinfection, taking into account the conditioning aspects for their performance. - Identify the previous location of the belongings, as well as of doors, windows or openings available acting according to them, to carry out the ventilation of the space. - Execute the cleaning of soils, walls and ceilings corroborating the withdrawal of dirt and waste, to guarantee the efficacy and quality of the intervention.

It develops its professional activity in the cleaning and hygienization sector of all kinds of buildings, premises, health and health and health institutions, public or private, industries, transport elements (land, air, maritime) machines, spaces and facilities, advertising supports and urban furniture.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF0972_1 module. Calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at all those who are dedicated to the world of sociocultural and community services, more specifically to the cleaning of surfaces and furniture in buildings and premises, within the professional area consumer services that intend to obtain knowledge related to the cleaning, treatment and maintenance of soils, walls and roofs in buildings and premises.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
