MF0976-2 Course Commercial Administrative Operations

At present, in the world of administration and management and within the professional area of information and communication management, more specifically in administrative activities in the relationship with the client, it is very important to know the different processes for which they are carried out. Therefore, with this course it is about providing the necessary knowledge to know the commercial administrative operations.

- Collect the usual orders of customers for the different channels available in the organization, applying internal procedures and protocols and identifying possible business opportunities, in order to meet their requirements and transmit the information provided. - Register in the Commercial Information System, the necessary data for the purchase and sale operations, in accordance with the instructions received, using internal criteria and computer and telematic means, to facilitate effective management. - Formalize the documentation corresponding to the order requested by the client, or addressed to the supplier, using standard and/or specific computer applications and verifying their correction, in accordance with the internal procedure and current regulations, for the effective management of the administrative process of purchase and sale. - Perform the detection and communication procedures of the incidents located in the administrative purchase and sale process, applying internal procedures to meet the quality demands in management. - Update the information of the inputs and existent outputs, using the computer application and internal procedures, in order to allow effective stock management.

This professional develops their activity on behalf of others, in any company or entity of the private or public sector, mainly in a commercial department, a purchasing and/or warehouse department, or in a reception service, registration, claim attention or post -sale care, performing the functions at the request of a higher person in charge.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF0976_2 Commercial Administrative Operations Certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at all those who are dedicated to the world of administration and management, more specifically in administrative activities in the relationship with the client, within the professional area of information and communication management that intend to obtain knowledge related to commercial administrative operations.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
