MF0999-3 Course advice and consumption training

The general control of all products and services put in the market directly intended for consumption is currently essential, in which consumerism is present in all sectors and influences all people. This training will provide the student with the professional competences necessary so that he can organize and carry out information and/or training actions to consumers, companies and organizations regarding consumption.

- Determine the information and/or training needs of consumers, companies and organizations in terms of generalized consumer goods and services. - Define precise information and/or training actions to respond to detected needs and in accordance with established specifications, contemplating available aids and subsidies. - Apply communication techniques and pedagogical skills to the development of information/training actions aimed at different types of groups, using computer programs to groups. - Assess the importance of evaluating the quality and effectiveness of an information and/or training action to consumers by applying methods and techniques for their verification and evaluation in accordance with established specifications.

It develops its professional activity, on behalf of others and own, in the area of market surveillance, control and inspection to generalized consumer goods and services, performing internal or external control functions that guarantee compliance with consumer rights or carrying out information and/or training actions, in terms of consumption, to collective consumers, companies and organizations.

This training will provide the student with the professional competences necessary so that he can organize and carry out information and/or training actions to consumers, companies and organizations in terms of consumption. The present training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF0999_3 Advice and Training in Consumption Training, certifying having exceeded the different competition units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional skills acquired through the professional competences. and of the non -formal training, via which will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the ordering of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at people who want to favor theoretical-practical learning in relation to certain controls control and consumption of products and services and professionals in this sector.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
