Summary

At present, in the world of trade and marketing, it is very important to know the commercial management of sales within the professional area of the sale. Therefore, with this course it is about providing the necessary knowledge for the management of the sales force and commercial equipment.

Goals

- Organize the necessary human and technical resources to favor the optimal development of the sales plan. - Lead the commercial team facilitating its involvement and motivation to favor the fulfillment of the objectives of the sales plan, values and corporate identity. - Establish monitoring and control systems of the objectives set in the commercial action plan to adopt possible corrective measures, applying adequate criteria with the information you want to obtain. - Supervise compliance with objectives and sale fees of the commercial equipment carrying out the evaluation of the activities and results to adopt the possible corrective measures and achieve the maximum level of efficiency in commercial management. - Apply corrective measures to the deviations detected in the sales plan to optimize commercial activity, in accordance with the established objectives. - Process and organize the necessary information for the design and development of training and improvement plans of the commercial team in your charge, according to the needs detected and the specifications received to improve your training, efficiency and efficiency.
