MF1002_2 Professional English course for commercial activities

We live in a consumer society in which the fact of selling is increasingly valued, since this is to meet the needs of the client, which, in turn, are getting older and more complex. Therefore, it is important to acquire knowledge necessary to communicate in English with an independent user level, in commercial activities.

- Interpret the information of an oral discourse, in standard language, both live and broadcast, in different situations-type of relationship with a client/consumer. - Effective interpret relevant information contained in written texts and basic commercial documents using interpretation, manual and computer tools, and appropriate sources of information. - Produce oral messages in situations of relationship with a client to meet their needs. - Write and complete basic commercial documentation using interpretation, manual and computer tools, and appropriate sources of information. - Interact orally fluently and spontaneously, in situations of interpersonal communication relationship with a client/consumer.

This course will provide students with the knowledge necessary to communicate in English with an independent user level, in commercial activities. This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF1002_2 Professional English for commercial activities. Certifying having overcome the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through work experience and non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023 It develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals from the world of sales who want to enhance distribution, advertising,…. Whether professionals or not from this commercial field, the course is addressed to all those interested people expand their skills and knowledge regarding the knowledge of professional English for commercial activities.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
