MF1014-3 Course Organization of Warehouses

The warehouse concept has been varying over the years, expanding its scope of responsibility within the logistics function. Warehouse management is on the logistics process map between management and stocks and the request management and distribution process. This course will provide the student with the knowledge and competencies necessary for the correct organization and control of the operations and flows of goods in the warehouse in accordance with the established procedures and current regulations, ensuring the quality and optimization of the store of warehouses and/or logistics chain. In the same way it will provide the necessary knowledge to manage the work team inside the warehouse in the warehouse.

- Analyze methods and techniques of optimization of space and times in the organization of warehouses, complying with current regulations. - Prepare equipment maintenance plans in facilities of different types of warehouses, according to the manufacturer's regulations and recommendations. - Develop quality systems for the continuous improvement of the storage service - Determine management and leadership styles of the work team in the different situations that arise in the daily operations of a warehouse. - Develop resolution and negotiation strategies in different usual conflict situations in the human warehouse team. - Identify the most common accidents and risks in the manipulation and movements of the goods of different operations within the warehouse. - Apply risk and accident prevention measures in the warehouse according to current regulations and recommendations.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF1014_3 Training Module, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at all those who develop their professional work by organizing and managing the storage or storage service in companies of any sector and wish to update their knowledge regarding the level and validity of warehouse management within the logistics chain. Any person interested in being in account of the organization and control of the operations and flows of goods in the warehouse in accordance with the established procedures and current regulations, ensuring the quality and optimization of the store of stores and/or logistics chain.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
