MF1026-3 course impulse for equal opportunities between women and men

Social incorporation is a process that must lead to a change that has consequences in the lives of people in a situation of social disadvantage, as well as for those social groups that the former had left aside or they had been isolated in a certain way. This change also involves a modification in the established relationship between both parties. Every day these actions of social decoupling (voluntary or necessarily) follow each other, so society is the one who must take action on the matter and begin to intervene in this regard. Thus, this course is intended to incorporate the gender perspective in social intervention projects.

- Identify and describe the frame of reference in the intervention towards the equality of women and men. - Consider information on existing resources in the specific environment of professional intervention and the experiences developed. - Characterize the most significant elements for the progress towards the equality of women and men in each of the phases of the design of a project intervention. - Transmit the analyzed information in relation to the inequality of men and women. - Identify attitudes and sexist stereotypes manifested. - Detect structures, work teams and their operation, for coordination, training and guidance in the promotion of equal gender opportunities. - Establish procedures that guarantee the involvement and coordination of professionals in interventions aimed at gender equality. - Characterize the evaluation carried out on professional intervention.

It develops its professional activity in the social services provision sector oriented to the agents that constitute the community for the articulation of community processes in public, private or social initiative structures or organizations that contemplate the realization of community intervention and/or citizen intervention programs and projects, together with higher level professionals.

This course will provide students with the necessary knowledge to incorporate the gender perspective into social intervention projects. The present training conforms to the training itinerary of the MF1026_3 training module impulse for equal opportunities between women and men, certifying having exceeded the different units of competition in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and of the work experience. for which it will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at those interested in acquiring knowledge regarding issues related to gender equality and their impact on the community. Professionals dedicated to the promotion of parity between men and women involved at the community level.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
