Summary

The new sensitivity that is permeating the relationships between citizens seeks relationship and conflict resolution systems in which people's rights and dignity are safeguarding. In this new sensitivity, mediation emerges as an autonomous conflict resolution system, with its own methods and techniques in which the own disposition of the mediators who seek in the conflict an opportunity to establish a new balance in human relations and promote the personal development of those involved in it plays a fundamental role. Thus, this course is intended to prevent conflicts between different people, actors and social groups.

Goals

- Analyze the voluntary mediation service as an option when managing conflicts. - Prepare interpretation and communication codes that allow the understanding of different codes. - Program and execute workshops and social communication activities taking into account the application context. - Identify and create meeting spaces that facilitate relationships between individuals, groups and the different entities. - Design and energize meeting activities that enhance positive communication relationships between social agents.

Professional exits

It develops its activity in programming and organization, and implementation of prevention and care activities for groups, groups and individuals for alternative conflict management, preventing their appearance, as well as, once they exist, agreeing satisfactory agreements for the parties involved through a mediation process. This course will provide students with the necessary knowledge to prevent conflicts between different people, actors and social groups. This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
