In the field of physical and sports activities, it is necessary to know the different fields of the guide by dry or aquatic ravines, within the professional area on physical-sports activities. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the conduct of people or groups by dry or aquatic ravines

- Analyze resources and cartographic sources, both in traditional physical supports and in digital supports adapted to new technologies, and identify the characteristics, relief and nature of the field represented and know the territories and possibilities of transit on foot, especially in low and half mountain lands - analyze the topographic, geological and biological characteristics of a certain area and identify the degree of vulnerability of its natural environment Its typification as a protected or non-protected space, to relate the critical aspects of deterioration of this environment with the practice of sports-recreational activities. - Interpret the weather information to anticipate climatic conditions and their possible evolution, based on sources of information of different nature adapted to new technologies or derived from the direct observation of the natural environment, and anticipate the adverse situations that may occur taking the necessary measures to adapt the sports-recreational activity, annuling it if necessary. - Apply orientation techniques in the natural environment of traditional use, specific to new technologies or derived from the interpretation of fortune resources, using, in line with the available means and resources, instruments, equipment, cartographic sources and/or natural indications. - Identify the characteristics of users demanding service based on the determination of their level of motor skill, of their level of physical condition, mastery of the techniques of the activity, psychic condition and their interests, motivations and degree of personal autonomy depending on their age, in relation to the practice of ravine descent activities. - Collect information from the geographical space where the ravine descent activity will be developed in relation to its topographic, environmental characteristics, to the specific regulations related to the practice of sports activities that can be applied and to their possibilities of access, communication and displacement in accordance with the characteristics of the activity to be developed. - Describe and perform the diagnostic analysis of the intervention context collecting, processing and integrating the different types of information obtained to specify the access and return itinerary, the route through the ravine, its difficulty, location of the possible exhaust routes, the level of sports equipment, the level of security and establish the development of all the direct and complementary activities that will be carried out in the development of the demanded activity. - Establish the processes and periodicity for the qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the objectives established in the design of a ravine driving activity. - Apply evaluation techniques and procedures in driving activities in ravines to identify the parameters that express the quality and safety of the service, paying special attention to the degree of satisfaction of all participants and establish, based on the information obtained, the measures of correction and adaptation of this type of activity in the design of future driving activities in ravines. - Prepare the auxiliary means and supervise the availability and correct state of use of the equipment and materials, making the necessary adaptations according to the characteristics and needs of both the participants and the activities to be carried out, in accordance with the objectives and protocols established in the reference program. - Apply reception, farewell strategies and interaction with participants in driving activities by ravines and use different types of communication adapted to their needs and characteristics. - Apply group dynamics techniques and promote necessary relationships between their members, to create a climate Optimal of coexistence that ensures the quality of the service and the satisfaction of each of the participants in the development of a driving program by ravines.

It develops its professional activity in the field of sports-recreational activities in nature and in that of active, sports or adventure tourism, in the areas of programming, organization, development, monitoring and evaluation of itineraries by ravines for all types of users. This formation is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF1078_2 conduction of people or groups by dry or aquatic ravines, certifying having overcome the different competition units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective Calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals in the world of physical and sports activities, specifically in guide by dry or aquatic ravines, within the professional area on physical-sports activities, and to all those people interested in acquiring knowledge related to the conduct of people or groups by dry or aquatic ravines.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
