MF1111-2 Foreign Professional Language Course for Restoration Services (French)

In the world of hospitality it is very important to have the necessary knowledge to taste wines, other selected drinks and products of sommelie, designing their offer, managing the conservation of wines and performing their specialized service, advising the client on the harmony between wines and dishes, and communicating in a foreign language if it proceeds, integrating into the team of the establishment and acting under norms of safety, hygiene and environmental protection. In short, this course prepares you to acquire the necessary knowledge to be able to correctly use a foreign (French) language in restoration services.

- Interpret simple oral messages in a foreign language, issued in the field of restoration activity. - Interpret messages and simple documents written a foreign language, received or used within the scope of the restoration activity. - Produce simple oral messages in a foreign language, referring to usual situations of restoration activity. - Write in foreign language simple written documents, referring to usual situations of the restoration activity. - Communicate orally with one or more interlocutors in a foreign language, expressing and interpreting simple messages of reduced complexity, in different situations, formal and informal, typical of the restoration service.

Sommelier, responsible for purchase and drinks, specialized seller of drinks and delicatessen, beverage consultant.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF1111_2 Formative Language Module for Restoration Services, certifying having overcome the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at all professionals in the world of summer, specifically within the field of hospitality and tourism, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the learning of a foreign foreign language to work in restoration services.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
