MF1168_3 Planning for the assembly of refrigerator facilities

In the field of installation and maintenance, it is necessary to know the different fields of the development of facilities projects, within the Professional Frio and Air conditioning area. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the planning of the assembly and protocol of tests in refrigerator facilities, the elaboration of the supply plan, costs and technical documentation in refrigeration facilities and the prevention of risks and environmental management in frigitorium facilities.

- Develop assembly processes for refrigerator facilities, based on the technical documentation of the project, quality plan, security plan and general instructions, ensuring the feasibility of assembly and its optimization. - Develop refrigerator facilities assembly plans from the project and work conditions, establishing the procedures for monitoring the control of the execution and ensuring their feasibility. - Develop the provisioning plan, establishing the storage conditions of the equipment, materials, components and tools. - Prepare assembly costs of refrigerators determining the work units that compose it and required quantities of each of them, applying established unit prices and ensuring the required qualities, based on the technical documentation of the project. - Develop technical assembly specifications and fridge facilities tests, based on the general conditions of the project and application regulations. - Prepare the Service and Maintenance Manual of refrigerator facilities, using the technical information of the equipment, organizing and collecting the information.

This professional is integrated into the engineering departments or technical office of public or private companies related to refrigerators. Professional qualification is functionally located in the areas of design, definition and planning of the assembly-maintenance of refrigeration facilities, responding to the requirements contemplated in the regulations for obtaining the corresponding professional cards.

This formation is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF1168_3 training module Mounting refrigeration facilities certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls They are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of installation and maintenance specifically in development of facilities projects within the Professional Area of cold and air conditioning, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the planning of the assembly and protocol of tests in refrigerator facilities, the elaboration of the plan of supply, costs and technical documentation in refrigerator facilities and the prevention of irrigation and environmental management in refrigeration facilities.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
