MF1194-3 Course Evaluation of the energy efficiency of the facilities in buildings

In the field of the world of energy and water it is necessary to know the different fields of energy efficiency of buildings, within the professional area of energy efficiency. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the evaluation of the energy efficiency of the facilities in buildings.

- Check that the heat and cold generators, fans, circulators and pipelines of pipes and distribution ducts meet the requirements of the current regulations in relation to the energy efficiency of the installation and, where appropriate, the corresponding procedures are managed. - Check that control, television, measurement devices and energy recovery systems comply with current regulations regarding the energy efficiency of the installation. - Check, using established procedures, that internal lighting and exterior lighting facilities meet energy efficiency requirements in accordance with current regulations. - Check that the requirement to use renewable energy and limitation of the use of electricity in the thermal facilities of the buildings in accordance with current regulations is met. - Prepare reports with improvement proposals to increase the energy efficiency of the facilities. - Organize and control the correct application of the rules and measures of risk prevention, safety, health and environmental in the inspection of the energy efficiency of facilities.

It develops its professional activity both on its own and integrated into companies, public or private, dedicated to studying, promotion, implementation and maintenance of energy facilities in buildings, as well as energy audits and certifications.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF1194_3 Training Module Evaluation of the energy efficiency of the facilities in buildings, certifying having overcome the different competition units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and of the non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls They are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals in the world of energy and water, specifically in energy efficiency of buildings, within the professional area of energy efficiency, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the evaluation of the energy efficiency of the facilities in buildings.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
