MF1195-3 Energy certification of buildings

In the field of the world of energy and water it is necessary to know the different fields of energy efficiency of buildings, within the professional area of energy efficiency. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the energy certification of buildings.

- Collaborate in the verification that the constructive parameters of a building, located in a specific climatic zone, satisfy the minimum legal conditions established to limit their energy demand, using the tools and computer programs approved to this purpose. - Collaborate in the energy qualification of buildings, in project or built, in accordance with the methodology established by the application regulations and using the computer programs approved for this purpose. - Contribute to the elaboration of documentation related to administrative planning and management in the building energy certification process.

It develops its professional activity both on its own and integrated into companies, public or private, dedicated to studying, promotion, implementation and maintenance of energy facilities in buildings, as well as energy audits and certifications.

This formation is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF1195_3 Formative Module The different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals in the world of energy and water, specifically in energy efficiency of buildings, within the professional area of energy efficiency, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the energy certification of buildings.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
