MF1198_3 course: MF1198_3 Course Supervision of thermoelectric plants

In the field of energy and water, it is necessary to know the different fields of operation management in thermoelectric plants, within the professional area of electricity. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to supervise the processes of the operation of thermoelectric plants in a stable regime.

- Analyze electricity production systems depending on the types of energy transformations involved. - Analyze a steam generator, identifying the different systems involved, their technical characteristics, functions and operating parameters - Analyze the turbine plant of a thermoelectric plant, identifying the different systems involved, their technical characteristics, functions and operating parameters. - Analyze the main controls of a thermoelectric plant, identifying the different systems involved, their technical characteristics, functions and operating parameters. - Analyze the fuel systems of a thermoelectric plant, its technical characteristics, functions and operating parameters. - Analyze water treatment systems, technical characteristics, functions and operating parameters. - Analyze the electrical systems of a thermoelectric plant, its technical characteristics, functions and operating parameters. - Analyze the environmental control systems of a thermoelectric plant, its technical characteristics, functions and operating parameters. - Analyze the cooling, air and gases systems of a thermoelectric plant, their technical characteristics, functions and operating parameters. - Analyze the discharge of equipment from a thermoelectric plant. - Analyze first level maintenance needs and equipment tests in a thermoelectric plant. - Determine the checks and protocols to follow before the commissioning of a team whose temporary discharge or disqualification has been annulled. - Write the report corresponding to the results of the inspections and operations carried out according to the maintenance plan and procedures usually established in the companies.

It develops its professional activity in the area or department of production of companies dedicated to the thermoelectric generation through thermal power plants of coal, gas, diesel, biomass and other fuels, including thermosolar power generation and cogeneration facilities

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF1198_3 Training Module Processes in thermoelectric plants, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls They are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of energy and water, specifically in operation of the operation in thermoelectric plants, within the professional and water professional area, and to all those interested in supervising the processes of the operation of thermoelectric plants in a stable regime.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
