MF1201_2 course and first -level maintenance operation of thermoelectric plants

In the field of energy and water, it is necessary to know the different fields of operation management in thermoelectric plants, within the professional area of electricity. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to operate in the plant and perform the first level maintenance of thermoelectric plants.

- Operate the systems, equipment and instruments of thermoelectric plants during stable operation and in the start and stop processes. - Prepare and organize the first level maintenance work of thermoelectric plants facilities in accordance with the established guidelines and specifications. - Act according to the company's security plans, carrying out the preventive, corrective and emergency work, applying the established measures and complying with the current regulations and legislation in the maintenance of thermoelectric plants facilities. - Perform first level preventive maintenance, related to operation management, the thermoelectric plants from plans, standards and technical specifications, for the correct operation, complying with the regulated requirements, in the established quality and safety conditions. - Perform basic corrective maintenance operations in the thermoelectric plants facilities, determining the action process, using instructions and plans manuals and restoring the functional conditions with the required quality and safety.

It develops its professional activity in the area or department of production of companies dedicated to the thermoelectric generation through thermal power plants of coal, gas, diesel, biomass and other fuels, including facilities of thermosolar power generation and cogeneration.

This formation adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF1201_2 Training Module and First Level Maintenance of thermoelectric Central Calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals in the world of energy and water, specifically in operation management in thermoelectric plants, within the professional and water professional area, and to all those people interested in operating in the plant and performing the first level maintenance of thermoelectric plants.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
