MF1266-2 Course Operations of thermal treatments in metals

In the field of mechanical manufacturing it is necessary to know the different fields of thermal treatments in mechanical manufacturing, within the professional area of mechanical operations. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the operations of thermal treatments in metals.

- Determine the thermal treatment process based on established type processes, plans of the piece and technical instructions, preparing its instruction sheets, establishing the sequence of operations and complying with the norms of occupational and environmental risk prevention. - Prepare the metal parts to proceed to thermal treatment, applying technical standards and specifications, complying with occupational and environmental risk prevention standards. - Prepare the equipment and facilities to proceed with thermal treatment, performing the top -level maintenance of the equipment and facilities of your area, complying with the norms of prevention of occupational and environmental risks. - Control the heat treatment process and, where appropriate, adjust the variables of the same, to obtain the mechanical characteristics specified in the technical documentation, complying with the norms of occupational risk prevention and environmental protection. - Verify the product treated following the established standards and procedures, to verify compliance with the manufacturing plane specifications, complying with the regulations for the prevention of occupational hazards and environmental protection.

It develops its activity in the area of production of metallic transforms of companies of small, medium or large size, depending in some cases of higher level technicians. In large facilities he can have operators in his charge.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF1266_2 Training Module Operations in metal, certifying having overcome the different competition units included, and is aimed at accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world mechanical manufacturing, specifically in thermal treatments in mechanical manufacturing, within the professional area mechanical operations, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the operations of thermal treatments in metals.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
