MF1335-2 COURSE Raw materials and auxiliary products in paper, cardboard and other materials transformation processes

In the field of graphic arts, it is necessary to know the different fields of the preparation of wavy cardboard, within the professional area of transformation and conversion into graphic industries. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to prepare the raw materials and auxiliary products in processes of paper, cardboard and other materials transformation.

- Interpret different work orders discriminating the components, instructions and specifications of models and models related to the preparation of raw materials, auxiliary products and intermediate materials used in the processes of paper, cardboard transformation and other materials. - Assess the behavior of auxiliary products and intermediate materials used in the processes of transformation of paper, cardboard and other materials, relating them to their application. - Assess the characteristics of paper and plastic supports regarding the transformation process, through physical-chemical tests. - Prepare the different raw materials used in the main processes of transformation of paper, cardboard, plastics or others, applying the quality and safety standards of the process.

It develops its professional activity in the graphic industry, in the area of paper and cardboard transforms. In medium or large companies, with very diverse organizational/technological levels. It is integrated into a work team where it develops individual and group tasks in the wavy cardboard elaboration process. In general, it will depend organically on an intermediate command. The work is done on behalf of others.

This formation adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF13353_2 raw materials and auxiliary products in paper, cardboard and other materials transformation processes, certifying having overcome the different competition units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which it will opt for the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through of the respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of graphic arts, specifically in the preparation of wavy cardboard, within the professional area of transformation and conversion into graphic industries, and to all those people interested in acquiring knowledge related to raw materials and auxiliary products in paper transformation processes, cardboard and other materials.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
