MF1434-3 course for cleaning work and workers management

In the field of sociocultural and community services, it is necessary to know the different fields of cleaning equipment management and organization, within the professional area of consumer services. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to plan the organization of the work of cleaning and the management of professionals.

- Prepare the cleaning work plan based on the characteristics of the property and the agreed contract, to organize the work of the professionals in charge. - Distribute to the operators in charge: cleaners, crystals and specialists in accordance with the context of action and the agreed contract, to allow the defined work plan to be carried out. - Perform the monitoring and control of the workers in charge: cleaners, crystals, specialists and team responsible, expressing the client or their superiors the incidents related to the current labor regulations and/or the procedures established in the work center to comply with the specific work plan. - Incorporate security measures into the work plan, adjusting to current regulations, to prevent risks derived from facilities and workplace.

It develops its professional activity in the cleaning and hygienization sector of all kinds of buildings, premises, hospitals, health and health and health institutions, public or private, industries, transport elements (land, air, maritime) machines, spaces and facilities, advertising supports and urban furniture, supervised by higher level professionals.

The present training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF1434_3 training module of the cleaning work and the management of the workers, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and of the non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls They are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of sociocultural services and the community, specifically in management and organization of cleaning equipment, within the professional area of consumer services, and to all those interested in acquiring related knowledge to plan the organization of cleaning work and the management of professionals.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
