MF1481_2 Course

In the field of the agrarian world it is very important to know all the operations carried out for seed production, ranging from their collection in the tree or soil to storage, through all the conditioning techniques (reception, cleaning, drying, labeling, screening, transport, etc.). Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to carry out these processes or techniques in seed production.

- Collect fruits and seeds in natural populations and in cultivation fields, both in height and on the ground, following the programming and security criteria. - Prepare fruits and seeds for transport and storage, following current regulations and quality and safety criteria. - Carry out the tasks of cleaning, selection and conditioning prior to the storage of each lot of fruits and seeds - store the lots of processed seeds in different warehouses and fridge cameras, following the established programming. - Prepare seed orders for commercialization, following the established programming

It develops its professional activity in large, medium and small, public and private companies, both on their own and of others, dedicated to the production of seeds and plants in nursery, depending on their case, functional and hierarchically, of a superior and being able to be in their lower level personnel.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF1481_2 production module certifying having exceeded the different competition units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at all those who want to guide their future work in the agrarian world, specifically in the production of seeds, and all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to this area.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
