MF1536_2 Quality Control at the reception and issuance of chemicals

In the field of chemistry, it is necessary to know the different fields of movements and delivery of products in the chemical industry, within the professional area chemical process. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to carry out control in the reception and issuance of chemicals.

- Relate the quality control systems used in a process of control of raw materials and products finished with the quality management of the chemical process. - Determine the methods of verification and control of the usual quality of chemicals. - Take, prepare and condition samples in the reception, issuance and storage of chemicals and auxiliary materials. - Make measures of physicochemical variables related to product quality control and raw materials. - Treat data to obtain results by applying statistical techniques, performing graphics and reporting, as well as issuing bulletins and albaranes of the products subjected to quality control. - Describe the risks of chemicals and handling, as well as hygienic risk factors derived from work in the laboratory, identifying preventive measures. - Describe the conditions of arrival or exit of chemicals as well as the documentation associated with logistics.

This professional will exercise its activity in companies in the chemical sector in the areas of reception, expedition, conditioning, and logistics supply warehouses.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF1536_2 Training Module Quality in the reception and issuance of chemicals, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which it will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective Calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of chemistry, specifically in movements and delivery of products in the chemical industry, within the professional area chemical process, and to all those people interested in acquiring knowledge related to quality control in the reception and issuance of chemical products.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
