MF1544-3 Course Microographical and Microbiological Analysis.

In the field of chemistry, it is necessary to know the different fields of the development of pharmaceutical and related products within the professional area of pasta, paper and cardboard. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge about the pasto-pale micrographic and microbiological analyzes.

- Describe the biological and microscopic characteristics of fibrous and auxiliary raw materials as well as the intermediate and end products of the pastry-pale process. - Calibrate and tune the equipment of analysis of microbiological and microscopic characteristics, where appropriate. - Prepare samples, reagents, coloring and material appropriate for the type of substance and microbiological substance and analysis to be performed, according to specifications. - Micrographic analysis of wood and other fibrous raw materials, relating them to the control of the product and the pastry-pale process. -Perform micrographic and microbiological analyzes on fibers, loads and other products from pasta, papers and pastry-peapele manufacturing, relating them to the control of the product and the pastry-pale process. - Microbiological analysis on raw materials, pasta, papers and paper products and on waters and products of the manufacturing process, relating them to the control of the product and the pastry-pale process. - Record results and relate them to variables and quality characteristics and factors that affect the production and general progress of the process and finished products. - Analyze the risk and environmental prevention regulations applicable to the Micrography and Microbiology Laboratory, controlling compliance.

This professional exercises their activity in the specific quality or research and development of companies dedicated to the manufacture of pasta, papers, cardboard or their derivatives, as well as in the control of their raw materials and process products of the pastry-peppele industry.

This formation is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF1544_3 formative module and microbiological analysis, certifying having passed the different competition units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non-formal training, via which it will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective Calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of chemistry, within the professional area of paper, pasta and cardboard, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the pasto-pale-pavement microbiological and microbiological analyzes.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
