MF1664-3 Course and Practice of Aquatic Fitness

In the field of ña physical and sports activities, it is necessary to know the different fields of the aquatic fitness and hydrochinesia, within the professional area physical-sports activities. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the methodology and practice of aquatic fitness.

- Prepare the specific programming of aquatic fitness from the general programming to ensure the performance of the aquatic space/s used/s. - Prepare programs for the improvement of physical condition, through aquatic fitness activities, adapted to the possibilities and interests of the users, to the available means and the needs detected in the initial analysis. - Supervise the set -up of facilities and means ensuring their suitability, security and use. - Direct the execution of aquatic fitness activities instructing in the realization of the movements according to the additive chain that configure the sequences and/or choreographies using the established methodology. - Organize and promote manifestations and playful-sports events related to aquatic fitness in order to promote these types of activities and strengthen user's motivation and fidelity. - Perform the process evaluation and the results of the aquatic fitness programs that are achieved in the form of intermediate objectives to assess the adequacy and quality of the service and the degree of user satisfaction.

Its activity is carried out in conventional pools, natural swimming pools, aquatic parks, spa centers in: municipalities, sports services, active tourism companies, tourism companies, hotels, camping, spas, camps, infrastructure maintenance companies and/or sports management, sports federations, sports-recreational and leisure and leisure associations, gyms, neighbors' communities, educational centers and related facilities.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF1664_3 training module and practice of aquatic fitness certifying having overcome the different competition units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls They are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals in the world of physical and sports activities, specifically in aquatic fitness and hydrochinesia, within the professional physical-sports activities, and to all those people interested in acquiring knowledge related to the methodology and practice of aquatic fitness.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
