MF1792-2 Course Management of Occupational Risk Prevention in small businesses

At present, for the creation and management of microenterprises, it is essential to acquire and master the professional, both theoretical and practical competencies, necessary in order to effectively develop within its scope of action. Many of these competencies go through the planning and implementation of strategies in different business areas, people management, organization and control of material resources, etc. Similarly, the marketing and sale of products and services, using the available computer and telematic media, managing with quality criteria and environmental protection and ensuring the prevention of occupational hazards is vital for business success. This training will provide the student with the professional skills necessary to manage the prevention of occupational risk in small businesses.

- Apply occupational risk evaluation techniques linked to general and specific working conditions of small businesses. - Apply planning and management techniques of occupational risk prevention in small businesses. - Determine effective preventive actions linked to order, cleaning, signaling and general maintenance in small businesses. - Apply acting techniques in emergency situations that need first aid, according to emergency plans, the regulations applicable to the small business and basic health care protocols. - Analyze occupational risk prevention management procedures aimed at the promotion, motivation and awareness of workers. - Analyze the functions, activities and relationships- interns and external- in a small business with prevention services, within the framework of current regulations.

He develops his professional activity on his own, as an autonomous worker or being part of a society, in small businesses or microenterprises, undertaking and implementing new business areas in the development of his activity, being able to perform the functions that the current legislation establishes in terms of prevention of occupational hazards. It can also perform your work on behalf of managers and advice performing advice, financial and labor management functions of small businesses or microenterprises.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF1792_2 Training Module Management of Labor Risk Prevention in small businesses, certifying having overcome the different competence units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that they publish the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at people interested in the creation and management of microenterprises in general and those interested in management of occupational risk prevention in small businesses in particular. To all people interested in training in this area.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
