MF1796-3 Course Advice of Insurance and Reinsurance Products and Services

In the world of administration and management, it is necessary to know the different fields of commercial and technique of private insurance and reinsurance, within the professional area of Finance and Insurance. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the advice of insurance and reinsurance products and services through insurance contracts, risk distributions, insurance customers, ... establishing the basic procedures for the interpretation of insurance and reinsurance proposals for different contracts. Applicable financial calculation procedures will also be provided without forgetting the applicable legal risk prevention regulations.

- Differentiate the different types of insurance and reinsurance contracts identifying the elements involved in them. - Analyze the needs of the insurance and reinsurance client based on the variables involved. - Apply the techniques and procedures for direct, telematic and telephone advice in situations of care and loyalty of customers of insurance and reinsurance. - Analyze the tax advantages of each of the insurance products by applying current legislation in relation to insurance and reinsurance, and the specific characteristics of type customers. - Perform the necessary financial calculations for advice on the different personal, material and patrimonial insurance offered. - Integrate insurance and reinsurance proposals of the different contracts by completing their basic procedures. - Apply risk identification and management techniques to assess those that cannot be covered with type policies and adapt the insurance proposal.

It develops its professional activity on behalf of others, in establishments or branches of insurance and reinsurance entities, in direct contact and through the different communication channels, with insurance mediators, reparators, experts, and final customers of insurance and reinsurance. In the development of professional activity, universal accessibility principles are applied in accordance with current legislation.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF1796_3 Advice of Insurance and Reinsurance Products and Services, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which it will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective Calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of administration and management services, specifically in the commercial and technical management of private insurance and reinsurance, within the professional area of finance and insurance, and to all those people interested in acquiring knowledge related to the advice of insurance and reinsurance products and services.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
