MF1812-2 course Extensive cultivation of saprobes and mycorrin fungi

In the field of agrarian it is necessary to know the different fields of the production and collection of mushrooms and truffles within the professional area of agriculture, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to carry out the collection of mushrooms and truffles.

- Perform different soil or substrate preparation tasks and fungal inoculum planting in extensive culture of saprobia fungi using the techniques and means established according to the type of inoculum and existing conditions. - Perform fertilization operations, pruning of nearby trees, among other cultural tasks of maintenance of extensive mushroom crops, prior identification of the necessary materials, equipment and means. - Apply extensive culture techniques of mycorrium fungi, following the established methods and depending on the available means. - Perform silvocultural maintenance and improvement treatments of myorrhized plants in extensive culture, applying the techniques established in each case.

It develops its professional activity in the area of production of companies, public and private, both on their own and of others, dedicated to the production of mushrooms and truffles, mycorrhized plants and fungal collection, depending functional and hierarchically of a superior and being able to be in their lower level personal.

This formation adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF1812_2 Formative Module. Extensive culture of saprobic and mycorrin fungi, certifying having overcome the different competition units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which it will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective. Calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of agrarian specifically in the production and collection of mushrooms and truffles within the professional area of agriculture, and all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to obtaining the mycelium to carry out the collection of mushrooms and truffles.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
