MF1816-3 Course Management of Extensive Culture of Saprobia and Mycorrin fungi

In the agrarian field, it is necessary to know the different fields of production and collection management of mushrooms and truffles, within the professional agriculture area. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the management of the extensive cultivation of saprobes and mycorrium fungi.

- Establish the criteria of organization and supervision of the operations of preparation of the substrate and sowing of fungal inoculum in extensive culture of saprobia fungi, depending on the previously elaborated program and of the techniques and procedures to be applied. - Prepare a program for maintenance of extensive cultures of saprobia fungi, establishing the criteria for their organization and supervision. - Determine the health matters that are carried out in the extensive cultivation of saprobia fungi, attending to the established sanitary program. - Prepare a program for the organization of human resources in the extensive cultivation operations of saprobia fungi, depending on the established objectives and activities. - Establish the criteria for organization and supervision of extensive culture operations of mycorrin fungi, depending on previously elaborated program and the techniques and procedures to be applied. - Prepare a program of maintenance and improvement of repopulations with mycorrium plants, establishing the criteria for their organization and supervision. - Prepare a program for the organization of human resources in extensive culture operations of mycorrin fungi, depending on the established objectives and activities.

It develops its professional activity in the area of production of companies, public and private, both on their own and of others, dedicated to the production of mushrooms and truffles, mycorrhized plants and fungal collection, following, where appropriate, instructions of the person responsible for production, and being able to have their lower level personal charge.

This formation is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF1816_3 training module Management of Extensive Culture of Saprobia and Mycorrin fungi certifying having exceeded the different units of competition included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and of the non -formal training, via which it will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the corresponding certificate of professionalism. respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of agricultural services, specifically in the management of agricultural production, within the professional agriculture area, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the management of the extensive culture of saprobia and mycorrium fungi.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
