MF1845_2 Course Manufacture of aerospace elements of material composed of manual molding

In the field of mechanical manufacturing, it is necessary to know the different manufacturing fields of aerospace elements with compound materials, within the professional aeronautical construction area. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the manufacture of aerospace elements of material composed of manual molding.

- Obtain the necessary information for the manufacture of aerospace elements of compound material contained in the technical documentation. -: Apply quality standards corresponding to the manufacturing process of aerospace elements of compound material. - Apply the rules of occupational risk prevention and environmental protection in each phase of the manufacturing process of aerospace elements of compound material. - Obtain the necessary information to carry out the collection, manipulation and storage of the raw materials involved in the manufacture of aerospace elements of compound material, analyzing the technical documentation. - Prepare tools for the manufacture of aerospace elementals based on technical documentation, complying with quality standards, occupational risk prevention and environmental protection. - Apply manual or semi -automatic cutting techniques in composite materials to obtain preforms or kits of pre -impregnated materials, complying with quality standards, occupational risk prevention and environmental protection. - Apile aerospace preforms of compound material or other components, to obtain the required element, according to the technical documentation and comply with quality standards, prevention of occupational hazards and environmental protection. - Prepare vacuum bags of elementals, or aerospace components, compound material, based on technical documentation, complying with quality standards, occupational risk prevention and environmental protection. - Obtain aerospace elementals through the process of forming based on flat laminates, taking into account quality standards, occupational risk prevention and environmental protection. - Execute the assembly operations of preforms necessary to obtain aerospace sets, operating specific tools and equipment and complying with quality standards, occupational risk prevention and environmental protection. - Obtain aerospace elementals through resin injection, taking into account quality standards, occupational risk prevention and environmental protection. - Identify the integration processes of aerospace elementals of material composed of manual laminate, attending to the technical documentation and complying with the quality standards, prevention of occupational hazards and environmental protection. - Correct defects in elements, or components, of aerospace structures of compound material not compliant based on the technical documentation, acting under quality standards, prevention of occupational hazards and environmental protection.

He develops his professional activity, both on his own and on behalf of others, in small and medium -sized companies of both public and private, dedicated to the manufacture of aerospace elements with composite materials and to the correction of defects, depending, where appropriate, functional and hierarchically of a superior and being able to have a personal level of lower level.

This formation is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF1845_2 manufacturing of aerospace elements composed of manual molding, certifying having overcome the different competition units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which it will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective certificate of professionalism. Calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of mechanical manufacture, specifically in the manufacture of aerospace elements with compound materials, within the professional area of aeronautical construction, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the manufacture of aerospace elements of material composed of manual molding.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
