MF1852-2 course installation of aircraft systems and equipment

In the field of mechanical manufacturing, it is necessary to know the different fields of the assembly of structures and installation of aircraft systems and equipment, within the professional area of aeronautical constructions. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the installation of aircraft systems and equipment.

- Obtain the necessary information for the assembly of aeronautical structures, facilities and equipment analyzing the technical assembly documentation. - Determine the tools, machines, tools and elements of temporary and permanent union in the assembly of aeronautical elements. - Apply the quality standards corresponding to the assembly processes of structures, facilities and aircraft equipment. - Act in assembling structures, systems and aircraft equipment facilities complying with occupational risk prevention regulations and environmental protection. - Mount the pipes and ducts that make up the mechanical aircraft systems according to the corresponding technical documentation and complying with quality standards, prevention of occupational hazards and environmental protection. - Mount the mobile mechanical parts and flight controls in the aircraft structure, attending to the corresponding technical documentation and complying with quality standards, occupational risk prevention and environmental protection. - Mount alerons, flaps and landing trains, attending to the corresponding technical documentation and complying with quality rules, occupational risk prevention and environmental protection. - Apply the principles of electricity and electric current to aeronautical construction. Obtain information from the specific technical documents used for aircraft electrical installations. - Identify the materials used in the manufacture of elements of electrical installations for aircraft (electricity and power supplies), attending to the corresponding technical documentation and complying with the quality standards, risk prevention and environmental protection. - Manufacture decks and centrals of aeronautical electrical installations, attending to the corresponding technical documentation and complying with the quality standards, prevention of occupational hazards and environmental protection. - Make the assembly of electrical elements on mallets: preaislated terminals, splicing caps and ferrulas. - Make the laying and rout of decks on the template using the appropriate auxiliary tools. - Assemble on aeronautical structures electric mallets, attending to the technical documentation and complying with the quality standards, prevention of occupational hazards and environmental protection. - Check the different aeronautical mechanical systems, regulating the elements and equipment that compose them, attending to the technical documentation and complying with quality standards, occupational risk prevention and environmental protection. - Check the electrical systems of aircraft, making the necessary measurements and complying with quality rules, occupational risk prevention and environmental protection.

It develops its professional activity both on its own and on behalf of others, in small and medium -sized companies of both public and private, dedicated to the construction of aircraft structures and its repair, depending, where appropriate, functional and hierarchically of a superior and being able to be in its personal level of lower level.

This formation is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF1852_2 Installation of aircraft systems and equipment, certifying having exceeded the different competition units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and of the non -formal training, via which will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of mechanical manufacturing, specifically in assembling structures and installation of aircraft systems and equipment, within the professional area of aeronautical constructions, and to all those people interested in acquiring knowledge related to the installation of aircraft systems and equipment.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
