MF1883-3 course development of the characteristics of the Pneumo-hydraulic networks and systems for maintenance, elevation and transportation facilities

In the field of installation and maintenance, it is necessary to know the different fields of the development of projects of support, elevation and transportation facilities, within the professional area machinery and industrial equipment. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the characteristics and functioning of neuma-hydraulic networks and systems in the maintenance, elevation and transportation facilities, in the configuration and calculation of equipment in the projects of Neuma-Hidraulic networks and systems in the maintenance, elevation and transportation and prevention facilities of occupational and environmental risks.

- Analyze the operation of hydraulic and tire networks and systems used in the support, elevation and transportation facilities based on project documentation. - Analyze the operation of the rotating machines used in the tire and hydraulic networks and systems of maintenance, elevation and transportation facilities, their typology and applications in the different circuits. - Analyze the operation and characteristics of the manual and automatic valves used in the net-hydraulic networks and systems of the support, elevation and transport facilities. - Calculate the dimensions of pipelines and ducts of the hydraulic and tire of maintenance, elevation and transportation facilities, based on their technical specifications, applying established procedures. - Configure net and hydraulic networks and systems of maintenance, elevation and transportation facilities, determining and selecting machines, equipment, elements, dimensioned of the networks and materials, using the required procedure and means, complying with the current regulations and regulations that are application. - Prepare the documentation of the projects of pneumatic and hydraulic networks and systems used in the support, elevation and transportation facilities, analyzing the program of needs and the norms and regulations applicable to them, carrying out the collection of the necessary technical information, establishing the phases and processes that must be followed. - Analyze prevention and safety measures regarding the actions of manipulation of facilities and equipment, contained in the security plans of the companies in the sector. - Apply the security plan analyzing the measures of prevention, security and environmental protection of the company. - Relate the security means and equipment used in the maintenance of elevators and other fixed elevation and transport equipment with the risks that may occur in it. - Analyze the safety and environmental standards of application in the assembly and maintenance processes of elevator facilities and other fixed elevation and transport equipment, to determine the criteria and guidelines that must be followed in the assembly, maintenance and service operations.

It develops its professional activity in the area of engineering or technical office that serves to the department of projects of companies of the public and private sectors related to the support, elevation and transport facilities, such as cranes, forklifts, elevators, conveyor belts, mobile food and transportation platforms, storage systems, automated feeding and palletization, among others.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF1883_3_3 Training Module. Development of the characteristics of the net-hydraulic networks and systems for maintenance, elevation and transportation facilities, certifying having exceeded the different units of competition included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non-formal training, via which it will opt for the corresponding Certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of installation and maintenance, specifically in development of projects of maintenance, elevation and transportation facilities, within the professional area of machinery and industrial equipment, and to all those people interested in acquiring knowledge related to the development of the characteristics of the Networks and Pneumo-Hidraulic Systems for maintenance, elevation and transport facilities.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
