MF1979-2 Maintenance of Industrial Automation Systems

In the field of electricity and electronics, it is necessary to know the different fields of the assembly and maintenance of industrial automation systems, within the professional area of electronic equipment. Thus, with this course, it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for preventive maintenance, failure diagnosis and corrective maintenance and the prevention of occupational hazards in industrial automation systems.

- Apply the predictive and preventive maintenance program of industrial automation systems, reviewing the operating conditions of the installation and its components, in the established deadlines and response times, under quality and safety conditions, and complying with current regulations. - Diagnose, within the scope of its competence, the dysfunctions or breakdowns produced in the equipment of the industrial automation systems, based on the symptoms detected, information of the manufacturer and historical of breakdowns, complying with the established times, in quality and safety conditions, and complying with the current regulations. - Repair dysfunctions or breakdowns diagnosed in industrial automation systems, depending on established times and contingency situations, optimizing the available resources, in quality and safety conditions, and according to current regulations. - Collaborate in the commissioning of industrial automation systems, according to the technical documentation and manufacturer's standards applying the procedures, under quality and safety conditions, and complying with current regulations.

It develops its professional activity in small, medium and large companies, public and private, both on their own and of others, in the areas of assembly and maintenance of industrial automation systems, within the scope of the Low Voltage Regulation (RBT), depending, where appropriate, functional and hierarchically of a superior, and being able to be in their lower level personal charge.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF1979_2 maintenance of industrial automation systems certifying having exceeded the different competition units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals in the world of electricity and electronics specifically in assembly and maintenance of industrial automation systems, within the professional area of electronic equipment and all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to preventive maintenance, breakdown of breakdowns and corrective maintenance and the prevention of occupational hazards in industrial automation systems.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
