MF2009_2 Course Organization of funerary services benefits

In the field of consumer services, it is necessary to know the different fields of customer service and protocol organization in funeral services, within the professional area of sociocultural services and the community. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the organization of funeral services benefits.

- Apply application techniques and organization of legal, official and internal documentation linked to the provision of the funeral service, taking into account the regulations linked to the management of the funeral service and data protection, attending to the quality in the process. - Develop texts to be incorporated into the elements of the funeral service that preserve the memory of the deceased person (reminders, schemes, among others) and ornament (crowns, flowers, candles, among others). - Determine communication channels with departments involved in carrying out the provision of funeral services according to the characteristics of pre -established demands and quality protocols.

It develops its professional activity in the funeral sector, both in organizations and institutions of the public and private, on account of others or autonomously. Its activity is carried out under the supervision of the upper person responsible.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF2009_2 Training Module Organization of funeral services benefits, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals in the field of sociocultural and community services, more specifically those linked to operations in funeral services, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the organization of funeral services benefits.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
