MF2025_3 course: MF2025_3 Cultural Extension and Librarian course

Cultural extension and librarian is a relatively new concept that arises in response to the new needs that arise in modern societies, characterized by globalization and accessibility to information as internationally recognized law. The study of this module aims to lay the bases that train students to acquire the professional competences that will allow them to apply library extension tasks favoring the elimination of physical barriers and properly attending to users and users who require this service.

List reading promotion activities by analyzing the dissemination process and using the different tools available. - Analyze what is a campaign to disseminate reading activities and know the different media used for their realization. - Know the cultural activities that can be carried out in a library paying special attention to the identity, memory and history of the community where it is integrated. - Develop library extension techniques that favor the elimination of physical barriers. - Properly organize and manage library activities for users with specific needs taking into account the different factors that influence their development.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF2025_3 Cultural Extension and Library, certifying having overcome the different competition units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls The different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This training is aimed at all those people who are dedicated to the world of librarian, document management or research, teachers, teachers, pedagogues and to all those professionals who are interested in receiving a useful training to organize and apply techniques of organization and document management necessary for the performance of their profession.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
