MF2056_3 course: MF2056_3 Course_3 Quality management activities in textile and skin products

In the field of textile, preparation and skin, it is necessary to know the different fields of the quality of products in textile and skin within the professional area clothing in textiles and skin. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to participate in the management of the quality control of textile and skin products.

- Recognize the specifications used to characterize textile and leather products and their application in quality control. - Analyze the content of the procedure manual of a textile, clothing or skin company, identifying its main objectives and profits, for the improvements of the quality of the products manufactured. - Apply techniques aimed at organizing, controlling and maintaining the quality information of new products and processes of textiles, clothing and skin, to achieve the planned objectives. - Apply techniques aimed at participating in the development of audits, to assess the activity in textile, clothing and skin companies and collaborate in the improvement of quality in them. - Apply techniques for the development and adaptation of quality training plans, in textile, clothing and skin companies to contribute to improve the quality of products. - Apply techniques aimed at communication inside and outside the textile, clothing or skin company so that corrective measures are taken in accordance with the results of quality control in internal and/or outsourced manufacturing. - Apply trial inspection techniques by variables and attributes (color, defects, taras, dimensions, among others), to detect possible deficiencies that can present the lots of textile and skin products in their elaboration processes. - Apply data analysis techniques obtained in quality and skin products quality control tests, and treat the information generated, to contribute to the quality management of the company.

It develops its activity in departments of quality of products in textile and skin that can be located in public organizations such as customs, technological and consumer centers, in distribution chains, and in companies that manufacture, acquire or market these products. The aforementioned quality control departments can have a hierarchical dependence on other departments with management, research and development functions, technical office, among others.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF2056_3 Formative Module_3 Quality Management Activities in textile and skin products. Certifying having overcome the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through work experience and non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023 It develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of textile, preparation and skin, specifically control of quality products in textiles and skin, within the professional area clothing in textiles and skin, and to all those people interested in acquiring knowledge related to quality management activities in textile and skin products.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
