At present, society is going through a difficult stage in the economic and work environment. The cuts and high unemployment rates among other causes, lead to the fall of shops, considerably affecting merchants, managers, owners of small and large shops. This course allows to know all those aspects related to the management of purchases within small trade, providing a new commercial vision, which helps the small owner, merchant or manager to improve their skills and skills within the commercial sector, currently so necessary.

- Determine the purchase and replacement needs of small shops products, based on different sales forecast scenarios, trends, point of sale, rotation, available stock and cost of different types of products. - Apply purchase techniques in the selection of suppliers and negotiation of the acquisition conditions of the assortment of small shops products. - Prepare the documentation related to the process of provisioning of products, specifying quantities and supply conditions and processing procedures usually used with suppliers and purchasing plants in small shops. - Apply organization and management techniques in the supply and storage of products in small shops, which ensure the capacity for response and conservation of the product assortment, using specific office applications. - Analyze the profitability of small-shop products-type, using simple sales ratios and indicators, maintaining and updating an assortment of competitive, quality and innovative products.
