MF2179-3 Course Control of the management of policies and claims

Within the world of administration and management, it is necessary to know the different fields of commercial and technical management of private insurance and reinsurance, within the professional area of finance and insurance. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the control of the management of policies and claims and to carry out the marketing of insurance and reinsurance through the different distribution channels, assisting them and carrying out their monitoring, as well as carrying out the technical and administrative management of contracts, monitoring of the production, and processing and liquidation of accidents, with transparency and quality of service to the customer foreign, attending to their rights, and in accordance with the procedures established by the entity and the current regulations.

- Analyze and assess non -standardized risks checking the data of the insurance proposals received and their adaptation to current regulations. - Interpret different types of insurance policies checking the correction of their data and monitoring the established procedure. - Analyze different types of reinsurance policies checking the nature of the contracted risk, the correction of their data and the monitoring of the established procedure. - Apply the review and supervision procedures of non -standardized accidents, identifying the causes of immobilization of claims or insufficiency of reserves and type action protocols. - Apply the repair and suppliers management procedures identifying the conditions of service provision and checking the time and form of its execution.

It develops its professional activity on behalf of others, in establishments or branches of insurance and reinsurance entities, in direct contact and through the different communication channels, with insurance mediators, reparators, experts, and final customers of insurance and reinsurance. In the development of professional activity, universal accessibility principles are applied in accordance with current legislation.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF2179_3 training module control of policies and claims, certifying having overcome the different competence units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through work experience and non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that they publish the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of administration and management services, specifically in the commercial and technical management of private insurance and reinsurance, within the professional area of finance and insurance, and to all those people interested in acquiring knowledge related to the control of the management of policies and sinister.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
